• We are not responsible for third-party platform bans, algorithm changes, or policy updates that affect marketing performance.

5. Confidentiality

• We do not disclose client information, ad spend details, or business strategies without written consent.

• Clients must also keep shared strategies and insights confidential to avoid misuse.

6. Prohibited Uses
